What Is an Integrated Annual Report & Why Does It Matter?
Integrated Annual Reporting is not just about numbers; it is an overall assessment of your organization’s performance. Unlike traditional reports that focus only on financial data, integrated reports interlink financial results with social, environmental, and governance (ESG) dimensions. By providing a broader perspective, these reports showcase how all these elements contribute to long-term value creation. Thus, integrated annual reports are vital for building trust and offering a comprehensive view of your company to stakeholders.

Why Is an Integrated Annual Report Important?
In an era where corporate accountability is crucial, stakeholders expect companies to provide a well-rounded and transparent account of their operations. An integrated annual report combines financial figures with an analysis of ESG factors. This approach enhances credibility and positions your business as a leader in sustainability and ethical business practices.
Going Beyond Numbers
Why does this matter? Today’s stakeholders—whether investors, customers, or employees—want more from a company than just quarterly profits. They seek insights into sustainable practices, risk management, and future strategies. An integrated annual report presents both financial and non-financial data to provide a holistic understanding of how a company interacts with its social and environmental ecosystem while maintaining financial viability.
Building Trust Through Transparency
Transparency is key to establishing trust, and an annual report serves this purpose. It provides stakeholders with clear insights into a company’s values, strategies, and performance in financial and non-financial areas. This openness strengthens trust and enhances credibility among investors, customers, and regulators.
Creating Value, Inside and Out
An integrated annual report highlights the company’s value not just for shareholders but for all stakeholders. It illustrates how business operations contribute to social good, environmental sustainability, and ethical governance. Focusing on long-term value demonstrates a company’s commitment to responsible growth and its broader role in society.
Bottom Line
An integrated annual report is more than a compliance document; it articulates a company’s values, strategies, and future direction. By blending financial performance with sustainability, governance, and social impact, businesses create a holistic narrative that fosters trust and strengthens stakeholder relationships. Embracing an integrated approach can propel a company toward future success.

#SERIES—05 ──── CHAPTER—02
devotion.
pairings: shareholders[caitlyn ;; vi] x fem!reader
preface: oh… in the presence of her.
author’s note: alr chapter two go brr, short, ik, i will make it up in the next <3
wrn: lowercase, obsessive behavior (?)
previous chapter ʚɞ next chapter.
vi never believed in love at first sight.
she believed in gut instinct, in the way a punch feels when it connects right where it should, in the blood rush of adrenaline mid-fight. she believed in action. in momentum.
but she couldn’t explain what happened that day in the boardroom—how her pulse had stuttered, breath caught like a rookie, the second your eyes swept past her in that soft, nervous glance as you introduced the q2 presentation. you’d smiled. polite. kind. unaware.
and caitlyn saw it too. vi could tell. the exact second you bowed your head slightly and said, “thank you for your time, i’ll begin with the projected impact on regional outreach,” caitlyn had gone very still beside her. spine straighter. breathing shallower.
vi wanted to punch her.
no—herself.
because that was not normal.
but nothing had been normal since you smiled.
caitlyn considered herself a woman of poise.
trained in diplomacy since she could hold a pen. debates, negotiations, tactful maneuvers—all tools in her well-kept arsenal. she was not one to lose composure. not one to stare.
but she had stared.
as you adjusted the microphone, clearing your throat gently. the little hairclip in your bun was mismatched with your formalwear—charmingly so. and when you bent down to pass the clicker to the next intern, caitlyn saw you whisper something encouraging. the girl lit up.
caitlyn clenched her pen tighter. something inside her shifted.
that night, she looked you up. and then again the next night. then again.
vi leaned against the wall outside the break room like she hadn’t waited there for ten minutes. just passing by. definitely not tracking your lunch break. definitely not doing anything weird.
you stepped in.
holding a napkin-wrapped muffin. cradling it like treasure.
vi’s mouth went dry.
you fed a little bite of it to the kitten curled up near the alley door. “you better eat that slow,” you whispered, “i fought a very scary vending machine for this.”
vi didn’t even realize she was smiling.
caitlyn “happened to” be walking past the front desk when she saw you crouching beside a little boy, gently coaxing him into calm.
“mama’s probably just in the big elevator, sweetheart,” you said softly, “it’s a scary place when you’re small, huh?”
your hand rested carefully on his shoulder. no panic. just comfort.
caitlyn didn’t even mean to step closer. but suddenly, her coat was off and around the child’s shoulders too. you looked up, startled.
“oh—miss kiramman—!”
“i’ll help you look,” caitlyn said, voice too formal, too stiff. her throat burned. “it’s no trouble at all.”
when the mother was found, tearful and thankful, caitlyn let her hand brush yours. barely. accidentally. purposefully.
you smiled at her. that smile.
she had to leave immediately after. her hands wouldn’t stop shaking.
vi and caitlyn hadn’t spoken about it. not directly.
but the tension was there.
they sat at opposite ends of the executive lounge now. meetings were colder. snappier. unsaid things piled up like weapons on the table.
“i heard you moved the new csr assistant to your department,” vi said offhandedly, sipping coffee.
“i did,” caitlyn replied evenly, flipping a report. “she has potential. i like to nurture talent.”
vi leaned back. “is that what they’re calling it now?”
caitlyn didn’t look up. “you’re one to talk. i saw you in the breakroom yesterday.”
vi scoffed. “i like muffins.”
their eyes locked.
there it was. the quiet war. civil. professional. deadly.
because both of them knew:
they weren’t just intrigued.
they were taken.
you laughed.
and vi thought it might be the end of her.
you were in the side courtyard helping an elderly man with his paperwork—kneeling on the gravel, patient and bright-eyed, nodding gently with every question. she’d only meant to pass through.
but that laugh.
she hid behind a pillar, watching like she wasn’t completely unhinged.
caitlyn stood behind a two-way mirror, watching you train the new intern.
“you’re doing great,” you said kindly, tucking a note into their folder. “mistakes are part of learning, okay? don’t be scared.”
caitlyn’s nails dug into her palm.
she hadn’t felt this type of affection in years. not even from someone who wanted her. and yet here she was—aching for kindness not even meant for her.
the company-wide mixer was being hosted downtown.
you arrived late. a soft blue dress. shy heels. that same mismatched hairclip.
both vi and caitlyn turned toward you at the same time. from opposite ends of the rooftop bar.
their drinks stalled midair.
vi cursed under her breath.
caitlyn touched her necklace.
you waved—sweet, unaware—and they both started walking toward you.

Killshot
series | ongoing matt murdock x avenger!reader (technically matt murdock x black widow!reader)
Synopsis
After God knows how long of running, fighting, and a whole lot of winning, you had put down your mantle once and for all as the only other resident black widow of the Avengers. It was time for change, for peace, solitude, and tranquillity. At least, that's what you thought until you moved to Hell's Kitchen (out of all places). Boy, this place was a mess.
Back story
While Natasha was the face of the operation more often than not, you'd operate in the shadows. Your cover was intact for years, and still is, actually, except for a select few who have had the privilege of finding out your real name and actually getting to know the real you. Some of them, naturally, were your colleagues turned friends turned almost family— the Avengers, along with some other people who stumbled upon your identity, much to your chagrin. All things considered, when the dust had finally settled in on the aftermath of the consequences of the fight with Thanos, having lost Tony and Nat, you needed a fresh start. You decided that the time had come to say goodbye to that life, that it was time to finally settle down, for real this time, not for an undercover op, posing as a family, or for a covert surveillance mission, no, this was all real. The time had come to let go of Killshot.
Interview with Killshot — The BB Report
Never really liked that name— Killshot. So negative, you know? Sure, it sounds cool, you'd think, but what's so cool about taking the lives of horrifyingly bad people who deserve what's coming and looking very awesome doing it? Wait, you know what? I kinda see the appeal now. Too late to contemplate anyway, I don't go by that name anymore. I'm just regular ol' Shot now. No Kill. That's a horrible name, I'm so sorry, my actual, real, legal name is (Y/n) (Y/l/n). That's what it says on my birth certificate and other government documents that are definitely not forged because who would do something like that, yikes. People call this city all kinds of things. The Big Apple, the City That Never Sleeps, Empire City, the City of Love and whatnot. What's that? The last one is Paris? Ah, okay. The point is, this is the city where anyone can be anything. That's Zootopia? Oh, fuck off. Never mind. What I'm trying to say is, New York forgives. She accepts you with open arms regardless of all the skeletons in your closet. And god knows that I have plenty of. This city is probably my one chance to finally experience an ounce of normalcy in life. With no one waiting to take me out when I come home. As in, kill me. Not, like a date, or anything. That I'm very open to, actually. Extremely dry love life. You get it. Why Hell's Kitchen? Cheap rent. Avenging has a surprisingly low pay if you don't do endorsements. I made it clear to Fury, I don't care about S.H.I.E.L.D's CSR, I am not doing one of those PSA videos. Ew. What next? I've always loved bookstores. Real peaceful, cozy, you know? One of the last places you'd expect to get jumped. Just, really great, all things considered, I'd say. I think I want to run a bookstore.
a/n: Alright, so I realize that this is very confusing and all over the place so I'll explain a tiny bit. I'm starting a new series, Matt x black widow!reader. Reader's Avenger name is Killshot, and well the synopsis and back story cover most of her plot until where I'm planning to start the series. The Interview with BB Report is simply a fun thing I wrote for no reason, a little get-to-know Killshot thing, it is NOT CANON in the Killshot au, it's just a little something for us. Enjoy!

I am very uncomfortable.
I was asked to listen to a call to figure out why it was so long.
The customer spent 20 minutes flirting with the CSR. So I had to spend the entire time listening to figure out exactly why the call was so long to give to my supervisor.
It made me very uncomfortable hearing a man in his 60s flirting with a 20 year old he couldn't see. He kept going into graphic detail about what he was going to do. And I have to fucking make a report with as many exact quotes as possible.
I want to hit my head on my desk. I want to scream.
This is not normal. And now I am going to have to coach am the Agent into how we can't accept "propositions over the phone" and I am going to casually remind them that these calls are all recorded and will be sent to the State Office

Although MPCs website clear about bring a business which contributes a portion of profits post admin costs, Sam regularly in videos and in print interviews misrepresents. He's says my charity abd he says 59% of signup fee goes to charity. If there is a problem l, it's on Sam, who according to original members, basically sold MPC control, in 2017. Your statement of knowing what he's doing with his MPC, is questionable, post corporate change of MPC. It's not just his alone. MPC has sketchy history, since Alex's involvement, and the rumors, look more as truths that a good portion of the administrative costs go to Alex pre-whisky, for a working, guaranteed salary before sales came in. It also begs the question, if Sam is interested in supporting charity with a portion of income sales, why hasn't 10% of whisky sales went to charity partners? The whisky is part of the GGC, Sam and Alex's business. Why wouldn't he plug a Newman Products design? Maybe he's not as interested in charity?
Dear MPC Anon,
It has always been 50%, which is logical. 59% sounds like a demented Asian astrologist suggestion - but you might be unfamiliar with Burmese recent history, so I shall give you a pass, on that one.
Who are the 'original members' who told you MPC was sold? To whom was it sold? When did that happen? I need paperwork to support this statement: the current corporate documents still list ONE officer - pay away from your wallet to find out it's very probably SRH: I am not doing it for you.
Like it or not, Norouzi's involvement in MPC is a reality since at least its creation. You will have to prove me the 'sketchy' part with much more than a stinking grenade thrown by Anon or fandom illiterate gossip.
I will have to see contracts between MPC, AN, SH proving that pre-whisky launching costs of The Sassenach were drawn from the MPC accounts. I will also have to see bank and accounting documents proving so. According to US law, I would also have to be a Court and have enough reasons to subpoena these people and entities to show me those. Stop spreading the shite written by Pufflander once upon a time and ask Puffy, in her retreat, what the fuck did she do with the crowdfunded money for the Harassment PI Report (you know, *urv and co). Now that would be a really interesting question, right? No answer? Bad day, baby. Bad day.
Whisky sales under the umbrella of Great Glen Company LLC, a different legal entity with no charitable mission, were never designed to represent a charitable endeavor. I think you know the difference between a charity and a company, right? Suggesting he should give 10% of all his earnings to charity is akin to a church tithe. This argument is, of course, ridiculous, in the business world, unless there is an explicit and public vow to do so, with a particular company's benefits.
Newman's Own and the Newman's Own Foundation represent Paul Newman's personal commitment to give away 100% of Newman's Own LLC profits to charity: the Foundation serves to direct the funds to the projects its trustees deem the most appropriate, according to the Foundation's values.
This is a different story and I also hope you know the difference between Great Glen Company, a business who wants to remain a business and a ground-breaking CSR commitment like Paul Newman's. Great Glen Company and MPC are separate projects - AN's loud involvement in both does not help, though, especially with an uneducated bigot, such as yourself, Anon.
Assuming he must give 100% of all his profits to charity is absolutely ridiculous, Anon. Why don't you give away all the profits of your lemonade stand to charity and set a blazing, luminous example in this fandom?
Unless you quickly substantiate what you wrote in anger on your phone, with links, facts and names, I am forced to tell you to kindly, slowly, but surely...
FUCK OFF MY PAGE!
[Later edit:] Should I start a US Tax Law 101 course for you, Anon? To me, this rather crude company/charity montage sounds legit. Also, MPC is not a charity, as shown in my previous post.

Introduction & Groups i write for (2024 Ver)
So Hello Everyone, I am Leafo, also known as Leafostuff, as of today I have written 30 one-shots of smut and fluff accommodating over 1400 followers as of June 2024, So without much else to say besides that let's go over some rules
No minor idols allowed, and honestly don't really interact with this blog if you are a minor yourself (god bless the 13-year-old who reads my smuts)
As of today, my asks are NOT a place to ask for fic requests, sorry for all of those who wanted to request something from me
As stated in my announcement, I am switching to a Monthly Upload schedule however headcanons are stuff that will be more often and don't count for the monthly upload schedule (eg. a month could have 1 fic and maybe 1-2 headcanons)
If you see someone (In and out of Tumblr) who plagiarizes my fics WITH OR WITHOUT credit, please report to me in either DM's or asks, I really work hard on my stuff and people like those are really discouraging for writing
Compared to my previous rules there are less of them (1 less lol) however I do promise that the Groups I write for did change a lot from last time:
WooAh
Weeekly
CSR (Fluff Only)
StayC
Kep1er (Mostly Chaehyun)
Iz*one (as part of the Off*iz collab)
Fromis_9
LE SSERAFIM
IVE
KISS OF LIFE
Keep in mind that while those are the groups I write for, they aren't the only ones I write for as sometimes inspiration will come that will make me write someone else who isn't in this list
So with that, i hope you and everyone who has followed me up until now will enjoy the new Path i am starting as of this July

Baseline Survey for CSR Program by M2i Consulting: Laying the Foundation for Impactful Initiatives
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs play a crucial role in driving social and economic development. However, for these programs to be truly effective, they must be based on a clear understanding of the community’s needs, existing challenges, and potential opportunities. This is where a baseline survey for CSR programs becomes essential. M2i Consulting, a trusted name in social impact assessments, specializes in conducting comprehensive baseline surveys to ensure CSR initiatives create meaningful and measurable change.
What is a Baseline Survey for CSR?
A baseline survey is an initial assessment conducted before the implementation of a CSR program. It gathers essential data on socio-economic conditions, demographic details, and key indicators relevant to the initiative. This survey acts as a reference point, allowing organizations to track progress and measure the impact of their CSR activities over time.
Importance of Baseline Surveys in CSR Programs
Informed Decision-Making – A baseline survey provides valuable insights that help companies design targeted and effective CSR interventions.
Resource Optimization – Understanding the real needs of the community ensures that funds and efforts are directed toward the most critical areas.
Impact Measurement – By comparing pre- and post-intervention data, organizations can evaluate the success of their CSR initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement – A well-executed survey helps in gaining community trust and participation, making CSR programs more sustainable.
Regulatory Compliance – Many governments and regulatory bodies require companies to demonstrate the impact of their CSR initiatives, making baseline surveys a necessity.
How M2i Consulting Conducts Baseline Surveys
